How does the photobooth rental process work?

Thank you for your interest in our photobooth rental services! To complete the rental quote process, please fill out our rental quote form available on our website. Once you've submitted the form with your event details and requirements, our team will review it promptly. Do you offer different types of photobooths?

Yes, we have a Selfie Photobooth and a 360 Photobooth.

Do you provide props for the photobooth?

One of the highlights of our service is the array of props we offer, all tailored to suit the theme and vibe of your event. Whether you're hosting a glamorous wedding, a fun-filled birthday bash, or a corporate gala, we have props that will perfectly complement your festivities. 

Is an attendant included with the rental?

An attendant is only included with the 360 Photobooth rental. You can add an attendant for an additional fee for Selfie Photobooth and Audio Guestbook.

Can we get digital copies of the photos?

All photos are provided digitally.

How far in advance should I book the photobooth for my event?

Due to high demand and limited availability, we highly recommend booking your event as soon as possible to secure your desired date and ensure everything is arranged to perfection. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak seasons and holidays, so early booking will guarantee that you don't miss out on adding a special touch to your event with our photobooth experience. 

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

Yes, 50% of total is the required deposit amount to secure booking. If event date is 7 days or less, the full balance will due to secure booking. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, to ensure smooth operations and to accommodate other potential bookings, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. Please note that cancellations not made within 7 days of the event date may incur a cancellation fee. 

Do you provide onsite printing for the photos?

At this time, we specialize in providing high-quality digital photos as part of our rental package. While we don't offer physical prints onsite, we ensure that you and you ur guests receive digital copies of all the photos taken during your event. These digital photos can be easily shared, downloaded, and enjoyed long after the event has ended.

Can we add branding or logos to the digital photos?

Absolutely! We offer the flexibility to add custom filters or logos to your digital photos to further personalize your photobooth experience. Whether you have a specific theme, branding, or logo that you'd like to incorporate into your event, we can work with you to seamlessly integrate it into the digital photos captured by our photobooth.
